Co-Founder and Former CEO Aditya Vuchi Continues Support of the Company as a Member of MediaMint's Board of Directors

Mr. Butani replaces current CEO and co-founder Aditya Vuchi, who will continue to support MediaMint as a member of the company's Board of Directors.
