SunCon Hands Subcontract Work For Data Centre To JV Unit
Sunway Construction has provided more information in relation to the group's announcement back in March over the Project Services Request with a multinational technology corporation headquartered in the United States on the prospects of the construction and completion of a Data Center.

With the contract value of RM747.8 million, the SunCon board has now informed that Sunway ENGIE DC Sdn Bhd, a joint venture formed by Sunway Engineering Sdn Bhd a wholly-owned subsidiary of Sunway Construction Sdn Bhd, which is in turn an indirect wholly-owned subsidiary of the Company and ENGIE Services Malaysia Sdn Bhd has been awarded for sub-contract works. This is relation to supply, delivery, construction, installation, erection and completion of mechanical and electrical system including all associated ancillary works for the Main Contract Works.
合同價值爲74780萬令吉，SunCon董事會現已告知，Sunway ENGIE DC Sdn Bhd是由信威建築私人有限公司的全資子公司Sunway Engineering Sdn Bhd組建的合資企業Sunway ENGIE DC Sdn Bhd已獲得分包工程的授權，而信威建築私人有限公司又是該公司的間接全資子公司。這關係到機械和電氣系統的供應、交付、建造、安裝、安裝和完工，包括主合同工程的所有相關附屬工程。
The group said the JV Company has been formed between SESB and ENGIE with SESB holding 70% and ENGIE the balance 30%. The current paid-up capital of the JV Company is RM100 comprising 100 ordinary shares. Further capital enlargement howeever it said will be done at the appropriate stage to inject funds to meet funding requirements of the project undertaken based on the Equity Ratio.
該集團表示，合資公司由SesB和ENGIE組成，SesB持有70％，ENGIE持有餘額30％。合資公司目前的實收資本爲 RM100，包括100股普通股。但是，它表示，將在適當階段進一步擴大資本，以注入資金以滿足基於權益比率開展的項目的資金需求。
The principal activities of the JV Company are design, supply, delivery, construction, installation, erection and completion of mechanical and electrical system including all associated ancillary works.
