MyEG Signs SPA With JCorp For Industrial Land Worth RM12.9 Million
MyEG與JCorp簽署了一項1290萬林吉特價值的工業用地銷售協議。
MYEG has informed that the earlier MOU signed between its subsidiary MyEG Lodging and JCorp will now be replaced with a sales and purchase agreement for the acquisition of the said parcels of land.
MYEG已經通知其子公司MyEG住宿與JCorp之前簽訂的諒解備忘錄現已被土地買賣協議取代，以收購所述地塊。
The group updated on Bursa that it has entered into a Sale and Purchase Agreement with JCorp for the acquisition of all pieces of vacant industrial land within the Muar Furniture Park for a purchase consideration of RM12.9 million.
集團在Bursa上更新，已與JCorp簽署土地買賣協議，以購買Muar Furniture Park內的所有空置工業用地，購買代價爲1290萬林吉特。
The SPA will supersede the MOU entered on 3 April 2018. MyEL was established to manage centralised lodging for foreign workers.
這份土地買賣協議將取代2018年4月3日簽訂的諒解備忘錄。MyEL成立於管理外國工人的集中住宿。
