Varia Berhad Awarded RM555 Million Sewerage Treatment Plant Project
Varia Berhad announced that Pembinaan Teguh Maju Sdn Bhd, a wholly-owned subsidiary of Varia, had accepted a Letter of Award from Best Metro Builder Sdn Bhd for a sewerage treatement plant upgrading work in Butterworth North, Pulau Pinang for RM555 million.
Varia Berhad宣佈，Varia的全資子公司Pembinaan Teguh Maju Sdn Bhd已接受了最佳地鐵建築商私人有限公司的獎狀，以55500萬令吉的價格在檳城北部的巴特沃思進行污水處理廠升級工程。
The work included being the sub-contractor to supply labour, plants, materials, equipment, tools, transport, temporary works and ancillary needed for the design, construction and completion of sewerage treatment plant, network pump station, sewerage network, rationalisation and decommissioning, testing, commissioning and maintenance works of the Project.
這項工作包括作爲分包商，提供設計、建造和完工污水處理廠、網絡泵站、污水網絡、合理化和退役、測試、調試和維護工作所需的勞動力、工廠、材料、設備、工具、運輸、臨時工程和輔助設備。
The Contract is for a period of 57 months from the date of commencement on 25 June 2024 or the commencement from individual site possession kick off date (whichever is the later) until the date of completion which shall be on 24 March 2029.
該合同的有效期爲57個月，自2024年6月25日生效之日起或從個人場地所有權開始之日開始（以較晚者爲準）至竣工之日，即2029年3月24日。
Varia said the contract is expected to contribute positively to the earnings of Varia Group for the relevant financial periods within the duration of the contract it added the contract not to have any effect on the share capital and shareholding structure of Varia.
瓦里亞說，該合同預計將在合同有效期內爲Varia集團在相關財政期間的收益做出積極貢獻。該公司增加了合同，不會對Varia的股本和股權結構產生任何影響。
