TCS Receives RM130 Million LOA For Apartment Project
TCS Group Holdings announced that its wholly-owned subsidiary had accepted a Letter of Award from Saujana Permai Development Sdn Bhd for the development 630 units of service apartments with 31 floors in Kuala Langat Selangor.
TCS集團控股宣佈，其全資子公司已接受Saujana Permai Development Sdn Bhd的中標信，用於在雪蘭莪州瓜拉冷嶽開發630套31層服務公寓。
The LOA will require the group to build the main building, complete external works for apartment blocks known as Arcadia Apartments. The total project value is estimated at RM130 million and is expected to be completed within 36 months.
該中標將要求該集團建造主要建築，並完成稱爲Arcadia Apartments的公寓樓的外部工程。總項目價值預計爲RM13000萬，預計在36個月內完成。
The group believes acceptance of the LOA will enhance its current orderbook and improve its earnings moving forward.
