GHL Systems has informed that the entire issued share capital of the company will be removed from the Official List of Bursa Malaysia Securities Berhad with effect from 9.00 a.m., Tuesday, 6 August 2024.

This is view of the news of NTT Data Japan Corporation which had initiated an unconditional mandatory take-over offer through Cimb Investment Bank Berhad to acquire all the remaining ordinary shares in Ghl Systems Berhad not already held by the offeror for a cash consideration of RM1.08 per offer share.

The board and shareholders of GHL had accepted the offer and will subsequently have NTT take the company private.
