Ecobuilt Shares To Be Suspended From August 9
Ecobuilt has informed that the trading in the company's shares will be suspended with effect from 9.00 a.m., Friday, 9 August 2024 in view of the winding up petition filed on the company.
Ecobuilt已經通知，由於公司被提交了清算申請，公司股票的交易將從2024年8月9日早上9點起暫停。
Earlier this week, the company announced that it was served with a winding up petition by the High Court, however at the same time it had submitted a stay application for the winding-up proceedings but was dismissed by the High Court and a winding-up order was made against the Company.
本週早些時候，公司宣佈已被高等法院提交清算申請，但與此同時，它已經提交了清盤程序的停止申請，但被高等法院駁回並對公司作出了清盤令。
The winding-up order was granted on 24 July 2024 and that no sealed winding-up order has been served to the company yet. However, the official receiver is the liquidator appointed by the Court.
清盤令於2024年7月24日頒佈，尚未向公司提供蓋章的清盤令。不過，公共接收人是法院指定的清算人。
