Kumpulan Kitacon Awarded RM113.2 Million Construction Work By SDP
The group believes the contract will not have any effect on the share capital and shareholding structure. The Contract, however, is expected to contribute positively to the earnings and net assets per share for the financial years ending 31 December 2024 onwards until the expiry of the Contract.Kumpulan Kitacon Berhad has accepted a Letter of Award from Sime Darby Property (Bukit Raja) Sdn. Bhd. for Main Building Works for a total contract sum of RM111.23 million.
Kumpulan Kitacon Berhad已接受Sime Darby Property（Bukit Raja）Sdn. Bhd.的中標通知，總承包金額爲11123萬令吉。
The job entals Kitacon to develop and build 27 units of detached factories with 2-storey office (167' x 261', Type A1), 1 unit of detached factory with 2-storey office (193' x 261', Type A2) and 2 units of TNB Substations including infrastructure and other associated works in Bandar Bukit Raja III.
該工作任務要求Kitacon開發並建造27個分離的工廠，其中包括2層辦公室（167'x261'，A1型）的1個分離式工廠，2層辦公室（193'x261'，A2型）的1個分離式工廠，以及2個TNb變電站，包括基礎設施和其他相關工作，位於Bandar Bukit Raja III。
The contract will commence on 2 September 2024 and is to be completed within 23 months from the commencement date.
該合同將於2024年9月2日開始，應在合同開始日期起23個月內完成。
