Paramount Issues RM100 Million Sustainability Linked Sukuk With AmBank
Under Paramount's Sustainability Linked Financing Framework that received a Gold rating from MARC Rating Berhad, Paramount has set targets for green building certification, CIDB Malaysia's Safety and Health Assessment SystemParamount Corporation Berhad has issued its first Sustainability- Linked Sukuk Wakalah (SLS) of RM100 million in nominal value today with AmBank Islamic Behad as the sole subscriber.
Paramount Corporation Berhad今日發行價值1億令吉的首個可持續發展環保股權投資（Sustainability-Linked Sukuk Wakalah，SLS），AmBank Islamic Behad爲唯一認購人。
The SLS was issued out of Paramount's unrated Islamic medium-term notes programme of up to RM1.0 billion in nominal value based on the Shariah principle of Wakalah Bi-Al Istithmar ("Sukuk Wakalah Programme").
SLS是Paramount未經評級的伊斯蘭中期票據計劃的一部分，票面價值高達10億馬來西亞令吉，基於沃卡拉比爾伊斯提馬爾（「Sukuk Wakalah Programme」）原則。
