Cencof board has issued a statement today saying that the recent news report that the company is up for sale is speculative and baseless.
Cencof董事會今天發表聲明說，最近有關該公司待售的新聞報道是投機性的，毫無根據。

該消息首次出現在英文日報上，該日報報道該公司即將出售
The company said it is cognisant of the need for proper dissemination of information to the public and will release announcements to Bursa Malaysia Securities Berhad on any material issue on a timely basis as required by the Main Market Listing Requirements of Bursa Securities.
該公司表示，它意識到需要向公衆適當傳播信息，並將按照交易所證券主要市場上市要求及時向馬來西亞證券交易所發佈有關任何重大問題的公告。
