It was also due tto higher average room rates reported by the hotels and resorts business segment and the full-year revenueBerjaya Land registered a revenue of RM1.96 billion and loss of RM79 million in the current quarter ended 30 June 2024 as compared to a revenue of RM1.94 billion and net profit of RM42 million in the previous year corresponding quarter.
在2024年6月30日結束的本季度，Berjaya Land的營業收入爲196億令吉，虧損爲7900萬令吉，相比之下，上一年同期營業收入爲194億令吉，淨利潤爲4200萬令吉。
For the current financial year ended 30 June 2024 under review, the Group registered a revenue of RM7.61 billion and loss of RM90 million as compared to a revenue of RM7.27 billion and profit after tax of RM147 million reported in the previous financial year.
