Skyworld Development announced the Acceptance of Letter of Acceptance from Perbadanan PR1MA Malaysia to develop quality aƯordable homes for PRIMA at Brickfields Kuala Lumpur.
Skyworld Development宣佈接受馬來西亞 PR1MA 公共機構的錄取通知書，以在吉隆坡布里克菲爾德爲PRIMA開發優質的Auordable房屋。
A Joint Development Agreement will be entered into between ACSB and PR1MA within sixty calendar days from the date of the LOA. Under the agreemet SkyWorld Development will be responsible to develop and complete the Proposed Development using its own funds.
ACsB 與 PR1MA 將在LOA簽訂之日起的六十個日曆日內簽訂聯合開發協議。根據該協議，天際開發公司將負責使用自有資金開發和完成擬議的開發項目。
The Proposed Development consists of 491 units of PR1MA Homes. In consideration of the development rights, the company will pay PR1MA RM32,170,000.00.
