What Happened: XPeng, Inc. kicked off deliveries of its new low-end electric-vehicle model, Mona M03, at the Chengdu Auto Show, which is being held on Aug. 30 to Sept. 8. The company unveiled the all-electric hatchback coupe, at its 10th Anniversary Gala Night held on Tuesday.
