Analabs Acquires RM22.9 Million In Maybank Securities

Analabs Berhad announced that it had acquired quoted securities in Malayan Banking Berhad during the period from 28 August 2024 to 30 August 2024 for which the aggregate of the purchase consideration amounting to RM22.9 million.
Analabs Berhad宣佈，它已在2024年8月28日至2024年8月30日期間收購了馬來銀行有限公司的上市證券，其收購對價總額爲2290萬令吉。
The total acquisitions has now exceeded 5% the group's total audited consolidated net assets as at 30 April 2024.
截至2024年4月30日，收購總額現已超過該集團經審計的合併淨資產總額的5％。
The company said the acquisitions was carried out with the intention of deriving dividend income and for potential capital gains.
該公司表示，進行收購的目的是獲得股息收入和潛在的資本收益。
