SAN FRANCISCO, Sept. 10, 2024 /PRNewswire/ -- Flux, a start-up that is leading the adoption of subscriptions that allows EV owners to power their homes with their cars, has successfully connected its first customer to its Vehicle-to-Home (V2H) platform that utilizes the battery in the all-electric Ford F-150 Lightning to power a home in Portland, OR. Flux utilizes a two-way charger and its software platform to charge the EV during off-peak hours and discharge the EV during peak hours, to help lower the customers electricity bill by up to 80%.
