ITMAX Appointed Parking Operator In Johor District

ITMAX System Berhad announced that its subsidiary, Southmax Sdn Bhd has been appointed by Tangkak District Council as the smart parking operator, managing 5,113 street parking bays in the Tangkak district which are currently gazetted by MDT.
ITMAX System Berhad宣佈，其子公司Southmax Sdn Bhd已被東喀區議會任命爲智能停車運營商，管理Tangkak地區的5,113個路邊停車位，這些停車位目前由MdT在憲報上公佈。
The contract, which was effective from 1 September 2024, will be for a duration of 15 years. Similar to ITMAX's other smart parking contracts, this will be operated under a revenue-sharing model, with Southmax receiving 70% of the revenue generated from parking collections and parking compounds in MDT.
該合同自2024年9月1日起生效，有效期爲15年。與ITMAX的其他智能停車合同類似，它將以收益分享模式運營，Southmax將從mDT的停車費和停車大院中獲得的收入的70％。
