Butterfield Reduces Rates
Hamilton, Bermuda —September 18, 2024: The Bank of N.T. Butterfield & Son Limited ("Butterfield") announced that it is reducing its base interest rates on loans and mortgages by a quarter of a percentage point (0.25%).
百特菲爾德銀行（「百特菲爾德」）宣佈將其貸款和抵押貸款的基本利率下調0.25個百分點。
The change in base rates applies to Bermuda dollar residential mortgages, consumer loans, corporate loans and USD loans. The rate reduction on loans takes effect September 23, 2024. The rate reduction for existing Bermuda residential mortgages is effective 90 days later.
基準利率的變動適用於百慕大元住房抵押貸款、消費貸款、企業貸款和美元貸款。貸款利率的降低將於2024年9月23日生效。現有的百慕大住房抵押貸款的利率降低將在90天后生效。
