KJTS Bags Data Centre Air Conditioning Contract Worth RM23.7 Million
KJTS Group Berhad announced that its wholly-owned subsidiary, KJ Technical Services Sdn Bhd had accepted a Letter of Award from Sunway Engie DC Sdn Bhd for the subcontract work in respect of the design, planning, supply, delivery, installation, testing and commissioning, warranty and comprehensive maintenance of air-conditioning and mechanical ventilation
pipework for a data centre in Sedenak Tech Park, Johor, Malaysia.
KJTS集團有限公司宣佈，其全資子公司KJ Technical Services Sdn Bhd已接受Sunway Engie DC Sdn Bhd的獎勵信，該分包合同涉及空調和機械通風的設計、規劃、供應、交付、安裝、測試和調試、保修和全面維護
馬來西亞柔佛州塞德納克科技園數據中心的管道。
The scope of the work is in respect of the design, planning, supply, delivery, installation, testing and commissioning, warranty and comprehensive maintenance of ACMV pipework. The contract value of the job is estimated at RM23.7 million.
工作範圍涉及ACMV管道的設計、規劃、供應、交付、安裝、測試和調試、保修和全面維護。該工作的合同價值估計爲2370萬令吉。
KJTS said the Sub-Contract will not have any effect on the share capital and substantial shareholders' shareholding of KJTS and its subsidiaries, however, the SubContract is expected to contribute positively towards the earnings and net assets of the Group until the expiration of the Sub-Contract.
KJTS表示，該分包合同不會對KJTS及其子公司的股本和大量股東持股產生任何影響，但是，在分包合同到期之前，該分包合同預計將爲集團的收益和淨資產做出積極貢獻。
