Pesona Metro Awarded Condo Project By SDP Worth RM321 Million
Pesona Metro Holdings Berhad announced that it a wholly-owned subsidiary accepted the Letter of Award from Sime Darby Property (Golfhome) Sdn Bhd for the execution and completion of the superstructure works for a contract sum of RM321 million
Pesona Metro Holdings Berhad宣佈，其全資子公司已接受Sime Darby Property（Golfhome）Sdn Bhd的中標通知書，用於執行和完成合同金額爲RM32100萬的超結構工程。
The project consists of 3 condominium blocks located in Bukit Kiara, Kuala Lumpur. The group said the project will be 27 months from the date of commencement.
該項目包括位於吉隆坡武吉良拉的3棟公寓樓。該集團表示，項目將從開工日期起持續27個月。
It also said the project will not have any impact on the share capital and shareholding structure of the company. However, it is expected to contribute positively to the earnings and enhance the net assets of the Group during the duration of the Project.
該公司還表示，該項目不會對公司的股本和股權結構造成任何影響。然而，預計該項目將在項目期間對集團的收入產生積極影響並增強淨資產。
