Most of the resale transactions in September were from 4 Room (43.1%), followed by 3 Room (25.8%), 5 Room (24.5%), and Executive (6.6%).

By estate, non-mature estates took the lion's share of transactions (60.5%). The remaining 39.5% were from mature estates.
