Advanced Micro Devices Debuts AI Chips to Rival Nvidia

The new chip, named the Instinct MI325X, will target Nvidia’s dominance in the data center GPU market. With production starting by the end of 2024, AMD aims to challenge Nvidia's stronghold, potentially driving competition in a market expected to be worth $500 billion by 2028.

Alongside its GPU advancements, AMD also unveiled a new line of EPYC 5th Gen CPUs, targeting both AI and traditional server applications.
