Kerjaya Prospek Files Suit Against Yong Tai And CEO Dato Boo
Kerjaya Prospek對永大和首席執行官Dato Boo提起訴訟
In reference to an earlier writ of summon against Apple 99 a subsidiary of Yong Tai Berhad, Kerjaya Prospek informed that it had filed a suit againt the group Yong Tai and its CEO Dato Boo Kuang Loon.
關於早前針對蘋果99的子公司永泰集團股份有限公司的傳票，職業前景通知稱已對永太集團及其首席執行官黃光倫提起訴訟。
The suit is based on YTB being the corporate guarantee for the project and Datuk Boo Kuang Loon on his personal guarantee for the outstanding Residual Contract Sum, being due and payable to KP by Apple 99.
該訴訟是基於YTb作爲該項目的企業擔保以及Datuk Boo Kuang Loon作爲對於應付給KP的蘋果99的未清尾款擔保的個人擔保。
The Apple 99 Guarantees Suit were served upon YTB and Datuk Boo Kuang Loon on 10 October 2024.
蘋果99擔保訴訟於2024年10月10日送達YTb和Datuk Boo Kuang Loon。
