Bahvest Signs Gold Mining Contract At Mt Andrassy In Tawau
Bahvest Resources Berhad has announced that it has entered into an exclusive prospecting contract with Aurelius Borneo Mining Sdn. Bhd. for prospecting, exploration and gold mining at Mt. Andrassy in Tawau, Sabah, for approximately 18,000 hectares.
Bahvest Resources Berhad宣佈已與Aurelius Borneo Mining Sdn簽訂了在沙巴州鬥湖安德拉西山進行約18,000公頃黃金勘探、勘查和黃金股開採的獨家勘探合同。
Aurelius's principal activity in in mining gold shareholders in the company include Datuk Lee Vui Han @ Anthony Lee Vui Han and Soo Kan Hung @ Soo Chin Yau, both parties agreed that the profits from any future potential gold mined would
be shared—70% and 30% for Aurelius.
Aurelius在採金礦方面的主要業務股東包括Datuk Lee Vui Han @ Anthony Lee Vui Han和Soo Kan Hung @ Soo Chin Yau，雙方同意未來潛在黃金開採的利潤將被分享，Aurelius佔70%，另外30%。

Bahvest said the agreement is not expected to have any material effect on the earnings per share, net assets per share and gearing of the group for the financial year ending 30September 2025.
