Kerjaya Prospek Wins 2 New Contracts Worth RM34.4 Million
Both PVSB and GSB are wholly owned subsidiaries of Kerjaya Prospek Property Bhd. Kerjaya Prospek Group Bhd's wholly owned subsidiary, Kerjaya Prospek (M) Sdn Bhd, has accepted two letters of award from Pixel Valley Sdn Bhd (PVSB) and Greencove Sdn Bhd (GSB) with a total contract value of RM34.4 million.
Kerjaya Prospek集團旗下的全資子公司，Kerjaya Prospek（M）私人有限公司，已接受來自Pixel Valley私人有限公司（PVSB）和Greencove私人有限公司（GSB）總價值3440萬令吉的兩封中標函。
The first contract, valued at RM16 million, involves piling and pile caps works for a proposed development at Batu Kawan, Penang. The second contract, worth RM18.4 million, pertains to site clearance, earthworks, piling and related structural works for a proposed development at Damansara Damai, Selangor.
第一份合同價值1600萬令吉，涉及檳城峇都加灣擬發展項目的樁基和樁帽工程。第二份價值1840萬令吉的合同涉及雪蘭莪白沙羅士打達邁擬發展項目的場地清理、土方工程、樁基和相關結構工程。
Both projects, scheduled to commence on Nov 5, 2024, are expected to be completed within 18 months.
兩個項目預計將於2024年11月5日開始，計劃在18個月內完成。
Both PVSB and GSB are wholly owned subsidiaries of Kerjaya Prospek Property Bhd.
PVSb和GSb均爲Kerjaya Prospek Property Bhd的全資子公司。
Kerjaya Prospek Group Chief Executive Officer and Executive Director Tee Eng Tiong said with a total of 10 contracts secured year-to-date, amounting to RM1.6 billion, the outstanding orderbook for the group is amounted to RM4.5 billion.
Kerjaya Prospek集團首席執行官兼執行董事鄭榮忠表示，截至目前，該公司已獲得10份合同，總價值達16億令吉，集團的未完成訂單簿總額爲45億令吉。
