Kitacon Accepts RM131 Million Housing Project Order From Tropicana Alam
Kumpulan Kitacon Berhad announce that its wholly owned subsidiary accepted a Letter of Award from Tropicana Alam Sdn. Bhd. for main building works for a total contract sum of RM131.90 million for the proposed construction and completion of:-
Phase 2 project in Ijok.
Kumpulan Kitacon Berhad宣佈，其全資子公司接受了Tropicana Alam Sdn的獎勵信。Bhd. 用於主樓工程，合同總額爲13190萬令吉，用於擬議的施工和完工：-
伊約克的第二階段項目。
The project consists of 449 units of double storey terrace house (20' x 70'), 31 units of double storey terrace house (22' x 70') in Ijok, Kuala Selangor, Selangor. and will commence in November 2024 and is to be completed within 24 months from the commencement date.
該項目由位於雪蘭莪州瓜拉雪蘭莪州伊約克的449套雙層排屋（20英尺x 70英尺）和31套雙層排屋（22英尺x 70英尺）組成。該項目將於2024年11月開始，將在開工之日起的24個月內完成。
The group said the contract will not have any effect on the share capital and shareholding structure however, is expected to contribute positively to the earnings and net assets per share.
