The project involves for the construction and completion of 252 units of double storey terrace houses (20' X 70') – Type A, 1 unit of Tenaga Nasional Berhad ("TNB") sub-station (double chamber) and 1 unit of TNB compact sub-station. While the other phase includes 8 units of double storey terrace houses (22' X 65') – Type A and 106 units of double storey terrace houses (22' X 70') – Type B.
