Our business is currently comprised of three distinct, yet complimentary business units, all three of which are currently operating and generating revenue, and one of which is currently operating in "stealth mode" as we continue to refine the user experience for that business unit as we continue to ramp sales. Presenting companies that sell consumer products are able to offer their products directly to viewers during the show in real time through shoppable onscreen icons. The Go Fund Yourself business unit generates revenue from cash fees we charge to issuers to appear on the show and for marketing, ad, and content creation and distribution services. For those issuers that sell products during each airing of the show through our platform, we charge a fee up to 25% of the gross sales revenue for all products sold.

Historically, and continuing up through June 13, 2023, we were a Software-as-a-Service ("SaaS") applications platform developer that offered a SaaS platform for the direct sales industry comprised of a suite of interactive video-based sales enablement business software products marketed on a subscription basis, (the "SaaS Assets").
