Mudajaya Secures Kuching Condo Contract Worth RM41 Million

Mudajaya Berhad announced that its wholly-owned subsidiary has accepted a letter of award from MJC City Development Sdn Bhd for the construction of the main building works for a proposed 17-storey highrise condominium comprising 128 units in Kuching.
Mudajaya Berhad宣佈，其全資子公司已接受了MJC城市發展私人有限公司的獎勵信，用於在古晉建造一座由128個單元組成的17層高層公寓的主體建築工程。
The contract sum for the project is said to be approximately RM41.34 million and scheduled to commence in December 2024 and is expected to be completed within a 22-months period.
據說該項目的合同金額約爲4134萬令吉，計劃於2024年12月開始，預計將在22個月內完成。
The group said the project is expected to contribute positively to the earnings from the financial year ending 31 December 2024 onwards.
該集團表示，該項目預計將爲截至2024年12月31日的財政年度的收益做出積極貢獻。
