(the "Company" or "Envestnet"), a leading provider of integrated technology, intelligent data and wealth solutions, today announced the close of its acquisition by affiliates of vehicles managed or advised by Bain Capital at $63.15 per share, representing a transaction value of approximately $4.5 billion.
