LTAT, Boustead Complete Share Transfer Of Affin Bank To SG Assetfin
The Lembaga Tabung Angkatan Tentera and its wholly-owned subsidiary, Boustead Holdings Berhad have announced that they have completed the share transfer of Affin Bank to SG Assetfin Holdings Sdn Bhd a wholly-owned special purpose vehicle of State Financial Secretary, Sarawak.
Lembaga Tabung Angkatan Tentera及其全資子公司Boustead Holdings Berhad宣佈，他們已經完成了Affin Bank向SG Assetfin Holdings Sdn Bhd的股份轉讓，SG Assetfin Holdings Sdn Bhd是砂拉越州財政部長的全資特殊用途工具。
The parties have notified Affin Bank on the completion of the transfer on 27 November 2024 following the execution of the direct business transaction pursuant to the Divestment.
雙方已通知阿芬銀行，在根據撤資協議執行直接業務交易後，轉賬已於2024年11月27日完成。
Following the completion of the share transfer, the shareholdings of LTAT, BHB, and SG Assetfin in Affin Bank is LTAT having 22.01%, BHB nil, and Sarawak State at 31.25%.
股份轉讓完成後，LTat、bHb和SG Assetfin在Affin銀行的股權爲LtAt持有22.01％，bHb爲零，砂拉越州爲31.25％。
