Affin Offers Relief For Flood Effected Customers, SMEs
Affin Group has announced a flood relief programme called the Natural Disaster Relief Programme to assist customers affected by floods across Malaysia and give its customers a moratorium of up to six months for loan repayments.
Affin集團宣佈推出自然災害救濟計劃,以協助受馬來西亞各地洪災影響的客戶,併爲貸款還款提供長達六個月的寬限期。
The NDRP extends assistance to individuals, small and medium enterprises (SMEs), and corporate customers, which ensures comprehensive support for communities and businesses impacted by the floods
NDRP爲個人、中小企業(中小板)和公司客戶提供援助,確保對受洪水影響的社區和企業提供全面支持。
President & Group Chief Executive Officer of Affin Bank Berhad, Datuk Wan Razly Abdullah said, "The current floods have had a devastating impact on the affected areas and local communities. To lessen our customers' financial burden during this challenging time, AFFIN is offering financial relief on a variety of loans and financing products through the NDRP. We remain committed to supporting the communities we serve, providing timely assistance when it matters most."

Subject to terms and conditions, Affin customers have been encouraged to call the bank's contact centre or visit any of the branches to check eligibility and apply for the programme, SME and corporate customers on the other hand are advised to contact their RM's for assistance.
