ITMax Terminates Deal To Acquire Stake In Airforce Software
ITMax終止收購空軍軟件股份的交易
ITMax and Aim Force Software Sdn Bhd have mutually agreed to terminate the agreement with regard to the previously announced interest to acquire a 70% equity state in the company by ITMax.
ITMax與Aim Force軟件有限公司已相互同意終止關於ITMax收購該公司70%股權的協議。
The announcement was made back in August 2023 for Proposed Acquisition, both parties have entered into a Mutual Termination Agreement to terminate, rescind and revoke the agreement.
