FGV, Baladna Terminate RM4.5 Billion Dairy Farm Plans
Under the agreement, the parties will have a shareholding of FGVIF (40%), BALADNA (40%) and TOUCH GROUP (20%), while the project, which is to be developed within an area comprising 3,259 hectares (8,053 acres) in FGV Chuping Agro Valley, is expected to involve an investment of up to RM 4.5 bil.$FGV (5222.MY)$ has announced that the parties have agreed to terminate the conditional shareholders agreement signed in 2022 between its subsidiary FGV Integrated Farming Holdings Sdn. Bhd and Baladna for Trading and Investment W.L.L. (a wholly-owned subsidiary of Baladna Q.P.S.C.) and Touch Group Holdings Sdn. Bhd.
$FGV (5222.MY)$ 已宣佈各方同意終止2022年其子公司FGV綜合養殖控股有限公司與Baladna貿易投資有限公司（Baladna Q.P.S.C.的全資子公司）及Touch Group Holdings Sdn. Bhd.簽署的有條件股東協議。
The group said the termination was due to the expiration of the period to satisfy the conditions stipulated in the conditional share holdings agreement.

FGV back in 2022 stated that it had entered into a conditional shareholders' agreement with the parties for the development of a large-scale integrated dairy farming business in Chuping, Perlis.
