AmBank Lending RM295 Million For BRDB's Wisma Semantan Project
AmBank Group has become the main financier by granting RM 295 million in facilities to BRDB Developments' wholly-owned subsidiary Magna Senandung Sdn. Bhd. for three adjoining plots of freehold commercial land together with the long-vacant 16 storey, Wisma Damansara located along Jalan Semantan, Damansara Heights in Kuala Lumpur.
大馬銀行集團已成爲主要融資者，向BrdB Developments的全資子公司麥格納·塞南東Sdn提供了29500萬令吉的貸款。Wisma Damansara 位於吉隆坡白沙羅高地的 Jalan Semantan 沿線，擁有三塊相鄰的永久產權商業用地以及長期空置的 16 層。
