Petronas Chemical Chairman Datuk Rahim Set To Leave
He was previously the Managing Director/Chief Executive Officer of PETRONAS Chemicals Group Berhad from 8 May 2014 to 31 December 2021. He was also the MD/CEO, PETRONAS Penapisan (Melaka) Sdn Bhd and held various positions in PETRONAS including Senior General Manager of Group Technology Solutions, Head of Project Management and Delivery, & various senior management positions through roles in the refinery and petrochemical business.Petronas Chemical Berhad has informed that its Chairman and non-independent non-executive director Datuk Ir. Dr. Rahim Hashim will be leaving the group effective January 1 2025.
馬來西亞國家石油化學公司（Petronas Chemical Berhad）已通知，其董事長兼非獨立非執行董事拿督伊爾·阿希姆·哈希姆（Datuk Ir. Dr. Rahim Hashim）將於2025年1月1日離開該集團。
Datuk Rahim joined the group in 2022 and held various directorships and positions in Petronas. Apart from being a board of engineers member, he is also a director at Deleum, Vice Chancellor at UTP and University Malaya.
拉希姆法官於2022年加入該集團，並在馬石油擔任各種董事職務和職位。除了是工程師委員會的成員外，他還是德魯姆的董事，UTP和馬來亞大學的副校長。
Succeeding him the group has appointed Datuk Sazali, he is currently the Executive Vice President, PETRONAS and Chief Executive Officer of Downstream Business. He also holds various positions as Chairman/Director of various companies within PETRONAS Group.
接替他的是薩扎利法官，他目前是馬石油的執行副總裁和下游-腦機業務的首席執行官。他還在馬石油集團內擔任多家公司的主席/董事等多項職務。

他曾於2014年5月8日至2021年12月31日期間擔任馬石油化學品集團的董事總經理/首席執行官。他還曾是馬石油煉油（馬六甲）私人有限公司的董事總經理/首席執行官，並在馬石油擔任過多個職位，包括集團科技解決方案的高級總經理、項目管理與交付負責人，以及在煉油和化工業務中擔任的多個高級管理職位。
