EcoWorld Director Resigns To Avoid Conflict Of Interest
EcoWorld informed that its non executive director Benjamin Teo Jong Hian has resigned from the group as to avoid any potential conflict of interest in view of the similar nature of business between Eco World International and Paramount Corporation Group Berhad
EcoWorld表示，鑑於生態世界國際與派拉蒙公司集團有限公司之間的業務性質類似，其非執行董事Benjamin Teo Jong Hian已辭去該集團的職務，以避免任何潛在的利益衝突
Benjamin was appointed to Eco World in August after Paramount acquired a stake in the group, he joined as the non executive director of the group and was the Deputy Group Chief Executive Officer and Executive Director of Paramount.. He is also a major shareholder of Paramount Corporation Berhad.
派拉蒙收購該集團股份後，本傑明於8月被任命爲Eco World成員，他以非執行董事的身份加入，並曾擔任派拉蒙集團副首席執行官兼執行董事。他還是派拉蒙公司有限公司的主要股東。
The conflict arises since he sits on both board which the companies have similar business interests.
衝突之所以發生，是因爲他在兩個公司的董事會中都有相似的商業利益。
