Energy Transfer Enters 20-year LNG Sale And Purchase Agreement With Chevron Related To Its Lake Charles LNG Project

Under the SPA, Energy Transfer LNG will supply 2.0 million tonnes of LNG per annum (mtpa) to Chevron. The LNG will be supplied on a free-on-board (FOB) basis and the purchase price will consist of a fixed liquefaction charge and a gas supply component indexed to the Henry Hub benchmark.
根據協議，Energy Transfer LNG將每年向雪佛龍供應200萬噸液化天然氣。液化天然氣將以離岸價格（FOB）供應，購買價格將包括固定的液化費和與亨利中心基準掛鉤的燃氣供應部分。
