Powerwell Accepts Supply Contract Worth RM27 Million For Data Centre Project
Powerwell Holdings Berhad announced that its wholly-owned subsidiary had accepted a supply contract from a leading international contractor for the supply and delivery of electrical low voltage switchboards for a data centre in Malaysia, for a total contract value of RM27 million.
Powerwell Holdings Berhad宣佈，其全資子公司已接受來自一家領先國際承包商的供應合同，合同內容爲在馬來西亞的數據中心提供和交付電氣低壓開關櫃，合同總值爲2700萬RM。
The group said the supply contract is expected to be fulfilled by first quarter of calendar year 2025 and is expected to contribute positively to its consolidated earnings and net assets for the financial year ending March 2025.
集團表示，供應合同預計將在2025年日歷年的第一季度完成，並預計對截至2025年3月的財年集團的合併收益和淨資產產生積極貢獻。
The company said it does not foresee any exceptional risks other than the normal operational risks associated with the contract,
公司表示，除此項合同正常運營風險外，不預見有任何特殊風險。
