RHB Investment Bank Bhd (RHB Research) maintains its recommendation for short positions on the Hang Seng Index Futures (HSIF), following a 57-point pullback on Friday, closing at 20,073 points. The index opened at 20,188 points, touched a high of 20,198 points, and fell to a low of 19,991 points before recovering 17 points to last trade at 20,090 points.

However, should the index dip below the 20-day SMA line, it risks reverting to a downtrend. The 21,250-point resistance level remains unbroken, keeping the bears technically dominant.
