Lagenda Appoints Former Guocoland Director To Its Board
Lagenda Properties announced that it has appointed Chua Seng Hooi as the group's Executive Director with immediate effect.

Chua Seng Hooi has over 28 years of professional experience, holding senior positions with notable entities such as IOI Properties Berhad, Mines Resort Berhad and Mah Sing Berhad. He was also an Executive Director at Guocoland (Malaysia) Berhad. Mr. Chua Seng Hooi joined Lagenda Properties Berhad in 2023.
蔡生輝擁有超過28年的專業經驗，曾在IOI房地產有限公司、Mines Resort Berhad和Mah Sing Berhad等知名企業擔任高級職務。他還曾是國浩房地產（馬來西亞）有限公司的執行董事。蔡生輝於2023年加入Lagenda Properties Berhad。
The group said his diverse experience has been instrumental in driving revenue and profitability across various operations, encompassing projects ranging from landed homes to commercial offices. His leadership has extended internationally, with ventures in countries including Singapore, China, Japan, Australia, UAE, and the United Kingdom.
集團表示，他豐富的經驗對推動各項業務的營業收入和盈利能力至關重要，項目範圍涵蓋從獨立住宅到商業辦公樓。他的領導能力還擴展到國際市場，業務遍及新加坡、中國、日本、澳洲、阿聯酋和英國等國家。
