Trinity Exploration & Production Appoints Nicholas Clayton as Permanent Chairman

Trinity Exploration & Production PLC said Friday that it has appointed Nicholas Clayton as nonexecutive chairman on a permanent basis with immediate effect.
利邦勘探與生產公司(Trinity Explore&Production PLC)週五表示，已任命尼古拉斯·克萊頓(Nicholas Clayton)為永久非執行董事長，立即生效。
The oil-and-gas company said that it has also appointed Jeremy Bridglalsingh as chief executive with immediate effect.

Mr. Bridglalsingh has been managing director since 2019 having joined the company in 2012.
