0605 GMT - China Youran Dairy Group holds the largest raw milk market share in China, which is currently facing a shortage, Citi says, initiating coverage on the stock at buy and a target price of HK$7.40. With one-third of the country's raw milk supply met by imports, China Youran could benefit as the largest raw-milk provider worldwide by herd size, the U.S. investment bank says. The sales value of high-end liquid milk and pasteurized milk have also been growing at two to three times compared with regular liquid milk, amid rising health consciousness among Chinese customers. Citi expects China Youran's net profit to grow by 11%-56% over 2021-2023. Shares are 0.6% lower at HK$4.70. (yiwei.wong@wsj.com)
