BETTER HOME GP (01491.HK), which was scheduled to go public today (12th), had previously announced the delay in the listing timetable. The company further expressed that the global offering will not proceed in accordance with the timetable set out in the prospectus and that it has decided to postpone the global offering and the listing on the Main Board and refund of the application monies for the Hong Kong public offering.
BETTER HOME GP had planned to raise $86.1 million through Hong Kong listing.
原定於今日(12日)上市的美好家園GP(01491.HK)此前宣佈推遲上市時間表。該公司進一步表示，全球發售將不會按照招股説明書所載時間表進行，並決定推遲全球發售及在主板上市，並退還香港公開發售的申請款項。Better Home GP原本計劃通過在香港上市籌集8,610萬美元。
