BRENTWOOD, United Kingdom, March 01, 2022 (GLOBE NEWSWIRE) -- RAB Capital Holdings Limited ("RAB Capital"), a private investment holding corporation owned by Mr. William Philip Richards, and Mr. William Philip Richards personally report that, on March 1, 2022, they purchased 2,500,000 common shares (1,000,000 common shares and 1,500,000 common shares respectively) of Black Iron Inc. (BKI:TSX) ("Black Iron") in the open market, at a price of $0.1243 per share for aggregate consideration of $310,750.
