I have a favourite feature in moomoo and it has nothing to do with investing per se.
It is the engagement that moomoo has built up with its user community.
Signing up for a moomoo account and start trading isn't a one off step.
Instead it is the start of an engaging journey with moomoo and the community here.
I have mentioned it before in other posts. I really like the fact that moomoo has continually and is constantly engaging its users through topic discussions, contests and quizzes.
In fact this topic that I'm replying to now is one good example!

The best feature has to be Paper Trading. There are in fact several types of Paper Trading available on MooMoo :
- Stocks (US, HK, China and SG markets)
- Options (HK and US market)
- Futures (US and SG futures)
- Another exciting feature is the US Paper Trading Competition which comes with attractive rewards like cash coupon and BB stock card.
It's a marvellous way to practice trading and gain confidence. You also get to test different trading methods.
Veteran stock traders can also start to explore options trading and futures trading too.
However, pain is nature’s way of teaching you something. When you touch a hot stove, the searing pain is a necessary ingredient to ensuring you’ll never do it again. It’s just the way we’re wired. If something doesn’t hurt, we don’t learn from it.
Thus, it is best to start live trading of stocks, options or futures as soon you have mastered the mechanics of it.

the paper trading is the moomoo feature that i like and enjoy the most. this is because it can put your knowledge and skillset to test. it can let you hone your skills first before trading with your real money. it can also let you practice something new that you have just learnt.
all of this can be done without forking or losing any money.
in addition, the best part is there is also monthly paper trading competition event which one can participate and win fabulous prizes. there are also sharing of how the top gainers trade at each week which is really also beneficial to the learning journey of investment.

Just got into this game at the beginning of the year. After the tendies hit the fan and certain truths were being unearthed once more. Probably downloaded every possible investing app and researched a ton before choosing a select few to use and trade on. Didn’t hear about Moomoo till a few months ago but once I used it, I immediately swapped it in. Not just because of the charts or the other stocks they have available.
