So have we bottom out yet? 2 weeks ago many were saying we have bottomed. last week as well, many came out to say we bottomed. I kept saying NO. even influential and seasoned investors came out to say we have bottomed.
In my video I explained the data pointing why we have not bottom yet. Vix curves, yields, crude oil, divergences, price action, volume analysis. All this data available points us to more downside. Watch and understand yourself why I say we have not bottom.
That's why I kept saying buy the dip isn't working since 3rd Jan. It won't work until end of correction. The dip will get deeper.
Like the saying goes, in a bull market everyone is a genius. Even the shoe shine boy can tell you what stocks to buy.
We will truly bottom when we have seen enough panic in the market. As of now, we have yet to see that. Smart money are called smart for a reason. They know us dumb money have been buying dips since 2020 and 2021. But one correction in 2022 will wipe out that entire 1.5 year gains. That's when retailers panic and start selling to lock in whatever profits they have left. Panic selling will kick in, and that is when we are near the bottom.
They are the best at playing with retailer's feelings. Especially the new guys who came in 2020 and haven't seen a real 20% drop on the SPX and 30% - 40% fall on most of their favourite "safe bet" stocks.
if you held on so far, good job to you. You are almost at the end of the correction. If you panic sold, don't worry. your capital you protected will help you swoop up more shares at cheaper price soon. ![]()
