try bear call spread on DJT
I'm not optimistic about DJT's upside potential for the following reasons:
The market is treating it as an election speculation, which has deviated from the fundamental business operations of its main product, Social Truth. Moreover, it's too closely tied to Trump. Even if Trump is elected, DJT's business would only benefit for 4 years, while stock valuation is based on cash flow over its entire lifecycle.
Upside risk:
If Trump is elected, there might be speculation and a short squeeze.
Specific strategy:
As a cautious approach, given the lack of confidence in upside potential, a safer option is to bet against volatility. Therefore, I'm adopting a bear call spread strategy. This involves selling a low-strike call and buying a high-strike call.
