Whales aren't fighting back right now because it's pointless. Wait til we open. Most importantly, they're going to throw everything due to 005 being passed. IF enforced, it would spell trouble. I have no doubt they'll continue to cheat despite the law, but they will likely be more discreet which is good for us...
