Trading based on news is a strategy among traders and investors, but it’s not a one-size-fits-all approach. In my opinion, if you are new to trading, you might want to avoid buying immediately after news is posted. At the very least, track your wins versus losses for stocks you buy in reaction to news announcements to evaluate the effectiveness of this approach.
