I’m no stock god. I can’t tell you how to win or earn. But below are some tips on how not to lose.
Don’t be greedy. Set a profit margin and stick to it. Even if the price goes above your profit margin after you sold it, don’t look back. Move on.
Patience is a must. Unless you are an excellent day trader, do not panic buy or panic sell.
It’s not a loss if you didn’t sell it. You can always hold or average down to cut losses. Remember, what goes down will go up too. Just a matter of time. Refer to pt 2.
Do not believe all the news and comments you read. Most news are created to drive the stock prices to certain direction. It’s all agenda based.
Do not put all eggs in one basket. Diversify and always have spare funds for averaging down. Refer to pt 3.
Lastly and most importantly, stay away from merger stocks. It’s almost a given u will suffer a loss after the stocks merged. Example MMAT, AADI and the recent GREE.
